Sharon offers a variety of workshops, as well as individual training and customer programs on topics ranging from business etiquette to diversity in the workplace. Her background includes more than 20 years as a development and marketing manager at Fortune 500 Company IBM. She was also an international director for Toastermasters International and has authored four books on etiquette and success.
